Shipping Information:

Your item(s) will be shipped within 24 hours of your order, unless it is out of stock. Delivery should occur within 3 - 4 days from when you placed order.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Refunds : If the product you ordered is defective upon receipt you can request for an exchange or refund by emailing the details and your contact information to refunds@opparel.com. We will contact you to process your request

Returns : If your product you ordered is not defective and you haven't used it but wish to return it within 30 days, please email returns@opparel.com with your order information to obtain an RMA number and return instructions. Note there will be a $10.00 restocking fee.
