Featured meal : Smoked Catfish stew .
Duration : 20 minutes
Ingredients :
- Gpromise@Opparel's West African stew ( 100% natural no preservatives)
- Gpromise@Opparel's Smoked Catfish ( 100% natural no preservatives)
Cooking instructions : (meal for 4)
- Empty a 16 oz jar of West African stew it into the pot
- Open and break about 1 lbs of the Smoked Catfish into the stew
- Warm on medium heat for about 20 minutes stirring from time to time
- Make your favorite solid ( swallow :) ) ( Rice , Gari, Cassava Fufu, Pounded Yam, Elubo) whilst the stew is warming . if desired be make a side stew of Okra or Ogbono to accompany the solid and stew
- Enjoy your hot 100% natural meal for 4

I have shopped a lot of stores in search of the type of catfish that appeals to me.
Your store is the only one that sells the perfect catfish for me: not very dried to the point of brittleness. Since I first ordered I have been trying to get more ,.. larger quantity but sadly I see the dreaded message " sold out. "
I am wondering if it is possible to figure out a way so I would know when you have enough catfish in stock.
I am just crazy about it now!
